Will I get charged when I start using Pro+?

Not unless you decide to nurture more contacts than your limit. You will only be charged if you decide to nurture more contacts. If you believe you’ve been billed in error, please contact support@realscout.com

I don’t know how to use a particular feature

Pro+ isn’t working for me, can I revert back to the old version?

No, Pro+ is the one and only version of RealScout now.
