How tags work (brief)
RealScout logs activity in FUB, applies a tag, and lets you trigger automations when a prospect: sends a message, views/saves a property, views Market Activity or Home Value Alert (HVA), or requests a valuation.
Tags are behavioral signals; attach workflow (emails, calls, tasks) accordingly.
The six tags and recommended actions
<RealScout Message Sent> — Direct hand-raise.
Automation: immediate acknowledgment email + assign call/task.
<RealScout Property Viewed 3+> — High buyer interest.
Automation: assign immediate call; follow-up text next day if no response.
Note: skip extra auto-email if you use the general property-view automation.
<RealScout Market Activity Viewed> — General interest.
Automation: send email + assign call; add a “last email > 1 day” condition to avoid duplicates.
<RealScout HVA Viewed> — Seller curiosity/potential intent.
Automation: seller-focused email + assign call task.
<RealScout Property Saved> — Strong buyer interest.
Automation: assign call immediately; follow-up text next day if needed.
Note: avoid a second automated email if covered by the general activity automation.
<RealScout HVA Valuation Message> — High seller intent.
Automation: immediate response email + assign call to schedule consultation.
Bonus hack — “All Property Views” automation
Create a single automation for any property view/save on your RealScout site (send email + assign call).
Let that general automation handle the first email so tag-based automations (<RealScout Property Viewed 3+>, <RealScout Property Saved>) can remain task-focused and avoid double emails.
Best practices & implementation
Confirm all six tags appear in FUB.

Add conditions (e.g., “last action plan email sent > 1 day ago”), separate email from task automations, and create reusable text templates.
Test with a sample contact and ensure tasks assign to the correct agent.
Why this matters
Prevents missed hand-raises and reduces manual monitoring.
Balances timely outreach with avoiding email fatigue by using smart conditions and a general property-view automation.
