REIN MLS - How to create a search with a Room on a specific Level

Step 1 - Go to the agent Search tab or create an alert

Step 2 - Choose the filters you'd like for your client

Step 3 - Scroll to the bottom of the Search Page and use the filters within the ROOM section to set your Room Level and Room Type filters.

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the listing agent you may want to choose 1 or Main in the ROOM LEVEL feature or it's best to choose BOTH options.
