Hide the Opendoor cash offer card from your contacts' profile pages and Home Value Alerts by toggling the Suppress Opendoor Cash Offer integration setting in your account.
Open Your Account Settings
Log in to your RealScout account at realscout.com/agent.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select Settings from the menu that opens.
Suppress the Opendoor Cash Offer Integration
On your Settings page, review the Contact Interface Settings.
Toggle Suppress Opendoor Cash Offer integration to the on position. Save your changes if your account presents a save prompt.
Once enabled, this setting removes the Opendoor cash offer card from both locations: the contact profile pages inside your RealScout account, and the Request Cash Offer section inside your clients' Home Value Alerts.
Optional: Verify the Change on a Home Value Alert
To confirm the suppression is in place, open one of your contacts' Home Value Alerts and inspect the current state of the alert.
Go to Home Value Alerts.
Select a property address from the dashboard to open that contact's alert detail view. The Opendoor cash offer card should no longer be present on the alert preview going forward.
Note: This setting applies to your account only. If you are on a shared team account, two options are available:
Members on the team may toggle the setting on their own profiles for it to apply to their clients.
Teams/Brokerages can request mass-opt out by reaching out to their team/broker RealScout support team.
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly does the Suppress Opendoor Cash Offer integration toggle hide?
Toggling this setting hides the Opendoor cash offer card from two places: the contact profile pages in your RealScout account, and the Request Cash Offer section in your clients' Home Value Alerts. The Opendoor page at realscout.com/agent/opendoor remains accessible for you to use manually whenever you choose.
Can I re-enable the Opendoor integration after suppressing it?
Yes. Return to your Settings page, locate the Suppress Opendoor Cash Offer integration toggle, and turn it off. The cash offer card returns to your contact profile pages, and future Home Value Alerts too.
If I suppress the card, can I still send a cash offer request manually for a specific seller?
Yes. The suppression hides the card from client-facing surfaces only. You can still go directly to realscout.com/agent/opendoor, enter any property address, run the eligibility check, and submit a request on a seller's behalf at any time.
Is this an account-wide setting, or can I suppress for individual contacts?
The suppression is an account-level setting and applies to all of your contacts. There is no per-contact opt-out for the Opendoor card.
If you want to present the cash offer option to a specific seller without enabling the card account-wide, use the manual flow at realscout.com/agent/opendoor directly for that contact instead.
