Using the Message Feature in Your Agent Account

Stay connected with your clients using the built-in message feature on your agent account. The message tool helps you answer client questions, share listings, and manage ongoing conversations—all from a single inbox.

Step 1: Click the message icon at the top right corner of your agent account.

Step 2: View incoming messages from clients. These may include requests for home value market alerts or new conversations.

Step 3: Respond to messages directly or send multiple listings in your replies to clients.

Step 4: Browse through your conversation history. You can archive conversations you've finished with for future reference.

Step 5: To bring back an archived conversation, click the plus icon.

The message feature keeps all your client communications organized and in one place. Use it to answer questions quickly, share property information, and build better client relationships.
