Homebuyers using RealScout will experience exclusive listings in several ways:
Exclusive Listings Tab
Clients have access to a dedicated "Exclusives" tab on their dashboard:
- All available exclusive listings appear here with special badging on the listing card
- Listings are updated as new exclusives become available
- Clients can see only the exclusives if they have permission to view them
- Listings can be filtered by price
Email Alerts
Clients receive two types of exclusive listing notifications:
- Automated Alerts: Containing listings that match their simplified criteria
- Custom Alerts: Specifically created by their agent for exclusive listings
Alert emails clearly indicate the exclusive nature of the listing.
Listing Detail Page
When viewing an exclusive listing, clients will see:
- All available property details and photos
- Clear "Exclusive Listing" designation
- Contact information for inquiries
Clients can interact with listings just like MLS-based properties, such as the ability to:
- Specify if they are Interested or Not Interested
- Indicate Feature Preferences
- Calculate commute time to their favorite locations
- Compare the listing against other properties
- Schedule a showing
