Getting started with RealScout Exclusives is a straightforward process:

For Brokerages Already Using RealScout

  1. Contact your RealScout Account Manager to enable the Exclusives feature
  2. Schedule an administrator training session
  3. Begin adding your exclusive listings
  4. Pick a “launch date” to activate the feature for all your agents
  5. Train your agents (RealScout provides training materials)

For New RealScout Customers

  1. Visit learn.realscout.com/exclusives to request a demo
  2. A RealScout representative will contact you to discuss your needs
  3. Sign up for RealScout brokerage account with the Exclusives feature included
  4. Complete the onboarding process
  5. Add or import your existing exclusive listings
  6. Launch to your agents and clients

Training and Support

RealScout provides comprehensive training and support for the Exclusives feature:

  • Admin Training: 30-minute session for brokerage staff and admins
  • Agent Training: Various sessions offered weekly
