 If you are a member of CRMLS:

1. Search alerts created with “CRMLS” will include listings from CRMLS, CLAW, CRISNet, i-Tech, Palm Springs, and DAMLS.
2. Through a data share agreement, agents who are members of CRMLS also have access to SANDICOR listings
   Note: As of September 2016, VCRDS has removed their data share agreement with CRMLS. Therefore, CRMLS members do not have access to VCRDS.
   
   

If you are a member of Sandicor

1. Through a data share agreement, agents who are members of SANDICOR also have access to CRMLS listings.

If you are a member of CLAW, CRISNet, i-Tech, VCRDS or Palm Springs MLS:

1. Search alerts created with “CLAW” will include listings from all of the MLSes mentioned above.
2. Search alerts created with “CRMLS” will include CRMLS listings only.
3. Search alerts created with “Cross-MLS Search (Basic Criteria)” will include listings from CLAW, CRISNet, i-Tech, VCRDS, Palm Springs and CRMLS.

Note: Cross-MLS search alerts use basic search criteria only. If you need to add advanced filters, you will need to choose a CLAW or CRMLS search to see more filters.
