If your previous brokerage is paying for your RealScout account, they own the rights to your account. Therefore, RealScout requires their written permission to release it to your new brokerage or allow us to transfer it to your own financial responsibility.
Here are the instructions & what to expect:
Email your broker, manager, or any other leadership member and CC support@realscout.com. In the email, request permission to take your account with you (or place it under your own financial responsibility).
Only once RealScout receives that written permission, our Member Support Team will be able to proceed with making changes to the account.
