Here’s where you customize the automated alerts to be sent to each client. RealScout offers two methods to automate lead nurture: Listing alerts and Market Activity Alerts.

Agent-Branded Listing Alerts

Relevant listing alerts are sent through agent-branded emails highlighting features that clients have identified as important to them. These professional looking automated emails prioritize listings by relevance and are written in natural language to have a personal feel. As a result, they receive click-through rates that are 10x higher than the industry average


For your buyers: Set up listing alerts just like you would in your MLS - include client’s likes and dislikes to make them more relevant.


For your sellers: Send alerts showing listings that are pending or just sold in their neighborhood to motivate sellers when it’s the right time to sell. Learn how to set up a sold search here.


TIPS: Encourage clients to leave feedback through the mini survey on each listing page - learn their likes and dislikes fast! This feedback as well as questions and showing requests are all available to you on your LIVE FEED or on an individual basis on the client's RECENT ACTIVITY tab. Use this info to engage in relevant dialog about listings they’re interested in. 



Market Activity Alerts

RealScout’s Market Alerts may be one of the most powerful tools for demonstrating your market knowledge and motivating sellers.

Market Alerts deliver a heat map of homebuyer demand in a particular area and demonstrate how demand has shifted over time. These graphs represent the current market demand from agent-affiliated buyers - not window shoppers. 



For your buyers: Send Market Alerts to show buyers the areas where the market is heating up. Stay in contact with them until they’re ready to buy.


For your sellers: Market Alerts present relevant market information to educate dormant sellers on buyer demand, so they know when time is right to list.
