If your previous brokerage is paying for your RealScout account, they own the rights to your account. Therefore, RealScout requires their written permission to release it to your new brokerage or allow us to transfer it to your own financial responsibility.
Here are the instructions:
Please send an email to your broker, manager, or anyone else in leadership requesting permission to take your account with you, and CC support@realscout.com.
Once RealScout obtains that permission, our Member Support Team will contact you to assist in completing the transition, including setting up individual billing if necessary.
