Moving to a New Brokerage

If your brokerage is currently paying for your RealScout account, kindly adhere to the instructions provided below:

Should you desire to transfer your account to a different brokerage or take financial responsibility for it personally, you must request your previous brokerage. Please send them an email and CC support@realscout.com. Once RealScout obtains that permission, our Member Success Team will contact you to assist in completing the necessary steps.


Your previous brokerage possesses the rights to your account, and RealScout requires written permission from them to release the account to your new brokerage or assist you with setting up your billing.
