If your brokerage is currently paying for your RealScout account, please follow the instructions below:
If you'd like to move your account to a new brokerage or under your financial responsibility, you will have to request this from your previous brokerage. Please email them and CC support@realscout.com.
They own the rights to your previous account, and RealScout needs to receive written permission from them to release the account to your new brokerage or help you set up your billing.
Once RealScout receives that permission, our Member Success Team will reach out to you to help complete the process.
