If your RealScout account is currently being paid for by your brokerage please follow the instructions below:
If you'd like to move your account to a new brokerage or under your own financial responsibility you will have to request this from your previous brokerage. They own the rights to your previous account and we will need written permission to release it to your new brokerage or to your own account.
Please email them and cc [email protected]. Once we receive that permission we can transfer your account over or send you a link to set up your own billing.
