Contact profiles will be sunsetted after an extended period of inactivity. The contact will be archived and not count towards Nurtured Contacts.
Ways To View The Notifications
Option 1: Click the DASHBOARD tab on the left navigation bar to access your Recent Notifications.
Click on the hyperlinked contact name to view more.
Option 2: On the top right of your agent profile, click the bell icon for NOTIFICATIONS. From there, you can click on VIEW CLIENT to open their archived profile.
You can unarchive the contact if you have received confirmation from them stating they'd like to use RealScout and received email alerts.
You will see an UNARCHIVE button and a pop-up to process this.
