Restoring Email Deliveries

We had temporarily paused the automated delivery of Auto Nurture drip campaign emails, Home Value Alert emails, and Market Activity Alert emails. You can learn more here: Email Delivery Updates. As we work to resume paused email deliveries and ensure the quality of our emails, we will review impacted contacts for any spam complaints.

 

If a contact has a spam complaint:

  1. All their alerts will be sunset to prevent further emails.
  2. The agent associated with the contact will be notified of this action.


This extra step ensures that no emails are accidentally resent to those who marked them as spam, helping us maintain trust and deliver communications only to those who wish to receive them.
