When you add a contact on RealScout, you have the option to log the Contact Type and indicate whether the individual has signed an agreement with you. Please follow the steps outlined below. We'll continue to update this article as new features and improvements are introduced.
Locate the Add Client/Alert button on the top right corner of the page.
You'll now see the following Contact Type options: Buyer, Seller, Buyer & Seller or Other.
You can keep up with this logged information on the Contacts page under Type.
Additionally, you can add more information on the Contact's Profile page, such as if they signed an agreement.
Click on the Contact Type. If you have made a previous selection, you'll see that; otherwise, you will see "Contact Type Not Set" and be able to set one.
Once you click on the selection or make a selection, you can toggle if the contact has a Buyer Agreement or Listing Agreement. Choices are based on the selection type.
