Nurtured Contacts: Definitions and Cost

What is a Nurtured Contact?

A contact that has been set up or interacted with at least one of RealScout’s nurture tools, and isn’t archived. Nurture tools include features such as Auto Nurture, email alerts, nurture drip campaigns, the mobile app, the agent subdomain, and landing pages. Agents can “Archive” their contacts at any point, which will remove them from their Nurtured Contacts list and and disable automated nurture campaigns and alerts. Agents can also un-archive their contacts to resume nurture.

Awaiting Nurture Contact

This is a contact that has not yet been set up or interacted with at least one of RealScout’s nurture tools, and isn’t archived. These contacts are NOT considered Nurtured Contacts.

Archived Contacts

Contacts can be archived to disable their alerts and Auto Nurture campaigns without deleting the contact. The contact will no longer count against the Nurtured Contact limit. The contact can still log into the RealScout Home Search app; archiving doesn’t block them from logging on, but it does turn off automated & scheduled alerts.

How many Nurtured Contacts are included with my RealScout account?

Individual agents receive 100 Nurtured Contacts with their RealScout account. NOTE: Some agents may see a higher limit, depending on their brokerage's subscription.

How much are additional Nurtured Contacts?

Agents can add additional Nurtured Contacts (NCs) by purchasing packs of 500 NCs. Each pack of 500 NCs is $9.99 billed monthly

How often am I billed?

Individual plans: NCs are billed on a monthly basis, and there is no long-term contract.
Team plans: NCs can be added at any point during their contract, but can only be reduced at renewal.

How can I decrease the amount of Nurtured Contacts that I've purchased?

If you ever need to decrease the amount of NCs on your account you can email support@realscout.com and ask us to edit your NCs.
