Creating a Property Alert for SOLD Properties

Support Tips:

When creating an alert for Sold or Closed listings, you can use the search field named Listed or Status changed within to eliminate older listings from appearing in the results.

Although you have the option of viewing Listed or Status changed within 'last 24 hours' our suggestion for you to see more results is to give this filter more "wiggle" room. Try choosing 'within the last 10 days' or 30 days for more results.
