The recommended steps to Disable/Pause alerts are:
- Click on the CLIENTS tab
- Locate and click on the client’s name
- The client's account will open
- Locate their alert on the EMAIL ALERTS section
- Change the schedule to DISABLE
Their alert will now be Disabled an no longer email the client new property matches.
To Disable other alerts, scroll to the bottom of the same page and UNCHECK the box under OTHER ALERTS "Price/Status Change Alerts for Interested Homes".
The client will no longer receive email alerts for the properties they have selected being Interested in.
