Unfortunately no. RealScout is a 3rd party vendor of IDX data and is subject to different rules that govern the distribution of MLS data than the MLSes themselves are bound to.
As an agent, one of the benefits of being a direct member of your home MLS is that you get reciprocal access to the other partner MLSes. This member benefit unfortunately does not extend to IDX vendors.
If you have a client who is searching for a home outside your home MLS, then you should locate properties and create saved searches for your client in the reciprocal MLS just as you have done in the past. There is no change to what you have been doing.
For clients searching for properties in your home MLS, you can set them up with Property Alerts through your RealScout search portal / Agent Dashboard. For help adding clients and alerts, see these tutorial videos.
