I forgot my password how do I get a new one?

Visit pro.realscout.com and click on Login -> Agent Login.

 

Underneath the Password bar, click on the Forgot your password? link. 

 

Enter the same email address used on your RealScout agent account. Next, click Send Password Reset Link for an email to be sent to you to help you reset your password. 

 

A confirmation will appear. Please visit your email for the next steps. 

 

Here is an example of RealScout's Reset Password Instructions to look for in your Inbox (or Spam/Junk folder) within your email account. 

 

Within the email, you will click on the Change My Password link. 

 

Enter your preferred NEW password twice to confirm its spelling. Click on Change Password to finalize the change.
 

Requirements: Must be 10 characters long and contain an upper and lower case letter.

Other Details: A password cannot be an email address, nor be used twice.

Errors you may come across are if the password is the exact same as before, or if it does not meet the requirements.

If you would like to change your password while you’re logged into your account, you can do so from the My Profile - Profile page. 


Scroll down to Reset Password section and click on Send Reset Password Email. This will send you the Reset Password Instructions to look for in your Inbox (or Spam/Junk folder) within your email account, as mentioned earlier in this article.
