I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

To retrieve your password you go to and you click the "Forgot?" link in the password field.


It will then prompt you to enter your email and send yourself a password reset. Once your password is reset you can login.

If you would like to change your password while you’re logged into the Agent Dashboard, you can do so from the Settings page:
