I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

To retrieve your password you go to Pro.RealScout.com and you click the "Forgot?" link in the password field.

 

It will then prompt you to enter your email and send yourself a password reset. Once your password is reset you can login.

If you would like to change your password while you’re logged into the Agent Dashboard, you can do so from the Settings page:

 

*** If you are still having any problems retrieving your password, feel free to email us at support@realscout.com and we can reset your password manually and send you your credentials to log into your account.
