There are many MLSes in Florida that have reciprocity or data share agreements.

1. Agents who are members of MIAMI, BEACHES (Palm Beach area), RAGFL (Ft. Lauderdale), RAMC (Martin County), NSBMLS (New Smyrna Beach) or DBAAR (Daytona Beach) now have access to each other’s listings on RealScout. No additional forms or fees are required.

Note that MFRMLS is not included in the reciprocity above.
