San Francisco Bay Area

There are two different reciprocity agreements in place in the Bay Area:

1. Agents who are members of SFARMLS, BAREIS, bridgeMLS, CCAR or Bay East now have access to each other’s listings on RealScout. No additional forms or fees are required.
2. Agents who are members of bridgeMLS also have access to MLSLISTINGS, and vice versa. We do not yet have approval to grant reciprocal access between MLSLISTINGS and SFAR/BAREIS. We encourage you to lobby your MLS with your needs.
